To strengthen our team in sheet metal processing we are looking for committed employees for our sales department.
Your Tasks
Sales and Customer Acquisition
You will sell contract parts on fixed terms, look after existing customers and acquire new ones. You will prepare quotations and tenders to secure business deals and strengthen customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
In this area, you will maintain existing customer relationships and build new ones. You will process customer enquirers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
Order and Complaint Handling
Here you will process customer complaints and monitor compliance with deadlines and requirements for customer orders. In this way, you ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
Customer and Supplier Interactions
You will organize and carry out visits to customers and suppliers. These strengthen our business relationships and promote effective cooperation.
Promotional and Support Activities
You will support advertising campaigns and other marketing activities to increase the visibility and attractiveness of our products and services.

Your Profile
Knowledge
You have an education / specialist knowledge in the field of metal and mechanical engineering. In addition, you have already gained experience in sales.
Languages
A good command of written and spoken German and English will enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
