Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed employees for our sales department.

Your tasks

  • Various tasks for sales and operations management
  • Customer acquisition and care
  • Documentation and filing organisation
  • Preparation of appointments with business partners, trade fairs and sales exhibitions
  • Maintaining (existing) and customer relations
  • Support of advertising measures in the marketing area
  • Organisation of customer and supplier visits
  • Monitoring customer orders (meeting deadlines, etc.)

Your profile

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Specialist knowledge in the field of metal and mechanical engineering is an advantage, but not essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office and possibly ERP systems
  • You are characterised by a strategic way of thinking and an affinity for numbers and have an understanding of business administration
  • You have the ability to read technical drawings
  • You have (initial) experience in sales
  • A confident manner and independent working style are a matter of course for you
  • Reliability and organisational talent, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Stress resistance
  • Good German and English skills round off your profile
